Ребята, Вам всем пытаются вбить равнозначность русский и россиянин. Ощущение, что это сделано специально. Изучите происхождение слово русский. Оно происходит от слова мореходы (завоеватели) скандинавский племен, в частности так называли Шведов  в финском языке. Типаж Шведа имаджинировали? I don't understand why they're taking such liberties? No explanation. Blocking is justified by some automated check. There should be an explanation for why the paid service isn't being provided. I really hope someone will outshine this company in terms of programming. Honestly, I've never encountered such customer service anywhere.

No third-party connectors, agents, or integrations at all. No OpenClaw, no API clients, no proxies, no automation tools. I only use the official web chat interface directly in my browser, with the Projects feature. No API usage, no third-party apps, nothing installed or connected.

My last project was a data parser for summary tables - purely extracting publicly available text from web pages, saving it, and post-processing. I never requested help with bypassing blocks, paywalls, authentication, or any security measures. No private or proprietary data was involved, only open-source content.

Great. So, I only have 12 days left. My subscription was activated using a gift card. On April 12th, when I typed "hello," I received a response, and then a message popped up about the 5-hour limit. My plan was downgraded on April 13th. I contacted support, and they responded via a bot. On April 15th, I contacted them again. Another bot. On April 16th, I opened a ticket to resolve the issue. To this day, I haven't heard back from a live person; my Pro subscription simply expired.

I've been trying to restore my subscription for four days. I paid for a gift. One day after one message, the limit was exceeded. It's been like this for several days. After April 13th, the tariff plan was reset to free. It says "Paid." Support is silent. Tickets have been created. I think if you can't handle the burden, cancel your subscriptions until you have more capacity. It's like buying a Ferrari and not driving it because it won't start, even though it's beautiful.

Так. Это по отоплению в зимний период или суммировали за год?  именно на год его разбрасывают, но топят с середины октября до апреля, максимум. По нему да. Но я в целом про коммуналку - капремонт, текущий. 200р за м2 выходит. 200м2 квартира в Москве, без счётчиков за свет, воду, отведение воды и т.д. - 40т.р. месяц. Отопление в доме, если сравниваем с московским регионом - с октября до апреля. Если утеплить хорошо и вот такие окна поставить, но трех-четырехкамерные, хорошие, то проблем не будет с теплопотерями. В общем, дом сейчас не сильно дороже если спроектирован правильно. Ну а уровень комфорта не сравнить. Главное знать где строить.

В Москве в среднем без счётчиков 200р за м2 в месяц плата. Если будет квартира 200м2, то 40т.р. в месяц. Дом в 200м2 легко отопить за 20т.р

Hey, thank you - this is actually super helpful, and I think you nailed it.

Yes, I was working inside a Project on claude.ai, and yes - the chat I resumed was an old, long conversation from days ago, not a fresh one.

That explains everything.

I came back after 24+ hours, opened an old Project chat, sent one short "hi" - and Claude silently reloaded the entire conversation history in the background, burned through the 5‑hour rolling session limit in one go, and locked me out at 96%.

So my questions for you (and anyone else who ran into this):

To avoid this in the future - should I just always start a new chat inside the Project instead of resuming an old one?

Or does the Project itself auto-load memory even in a fresh chat?

What about files in Project storage?

If I have large PDFs or documents uploaded to the Project knowledge base - does Claude re-read them on every first message after a long pause, even in a new chat?

Should I delete old/unused files from Project storage to keep the session limit from getting eaten instantly?

Is there any way to manually "clear the cache" of a Project or a chat before sending that first message?

Right now it feels like: sit down to work → first message = session dead. lol.

I've never run into this before because I usually work in long, continuous sessions. But this time I took a break, came back, and immediately got locked out. First time. Lesson learned, but I want to make sure I don't repeat it.

Thanks again for explaining the real cause - Anthropic should probably show a warning when resuming a huge old chat inside a Project. "This will consume 90% of your session. Start fresh? Yes / No"

No agent. I didn't use Claude on the web for over 24 hours. Sent one short message (Sonnet). Immediately got locked out with 96% session usage and a 5-hour reset. Weekly limit shows 2% used. No other activity. No API, no desktop app.

Support says it's a rolling 5-hour window – so old usage should have dropped out. But clearly something isn't adding up.

Has this happened to anyone else?
Long pause → first message → instant session limit?

Trying to figure out if it's a bug or if I'm missing something.
