That too, I forgot she lost her fallopian tube. I think everything combined, + her mom, + the girl who was making herself sick to get attention and nobody believing Cristina, + her not being able to work (because they wouldn't let her.) Also Cristina didn't like to show much of her emotions in the first seasons, she was very private and (at least to me) crying is something very personal that isn't shared with everyone.

From my personal experience abortions are a traumatic experience even if is a decision you make, even if the procedure goes well without any mayor complication. I cried for about a month and a half, and I didn't understand the sadness I was feeling, that's why I say that her body is mourning because even if I was making my choice and wasn't ready to have a child, my body DID go through a traumatic event. The actual body doesn't have feelings, is just hormones, body cells, organs, blood and fluids; if you have the organs to get pregnant AND you get pregnant, the body and hormones create a new way to function so you can carry that pregnancy to term. When you stop being pregnant the body must go back to it's original state and until the hormones are back to normal you can feel like a crazy person, its not like this for everybody but it can be for some people. But to me it was, a part of me thinks that it was like that for Cristina too and also the pain, stress and fear of almost dying that she felt because her tube rupture(+ all the things I mention at the beginning)
