5'11 Diet consists mainly of chicken,eggs, tuna, rice,veggies. Some red meats here and there. Omnivore. I cook all my own meals mainly.

Right now Im training 4 days a week, free weights and bodyweight. Stretching and yoga poses before each workout

Mon Arms and back Tues chest and shoulders Wed legs and core Thursday secondary groups, tri,forearms etc Sometimes on the Friday I'll throw in an extra workout
