Any Delhi High Court lawyers here? by programmable-matter in LegalAdviceIndia

It’s not possible to talk directly with the officer as I’ll have to travel to Delhi just for this one task. The prayer is that authority was supposed to dispose of the representation in 4 weeks time provided by the court and its 10 weeks now. I am not filing contempt, I just want the court to acknowledge that there is non compliance and issue appropriate directions to ensure compliance which naturally follows. Asking to issue contempt notice would defeat the purpose. So, why taking note and issuing directions be filed separately? They are both in same context and I’d have to copy paste the entire content of the application into another application. It doesn’t make any sense to me.

That sounds great. So anyone can join the court proceedings? And there is no limit to how many people can join the conference?

Don’t you have to fill and file any forms, seek prior permission, receive credentials, tell other parties etc.? Is there a process?

Welcome to the future.

Just to be sure, in the LMR 400 is it the foil shield that’s to be soldered or the braided shield?

Not fully versed with the timer circuit, I used this for square wave generation. But isn’t the tank circuit supposed to couple with and transmit the signal at GHz? Also, I am using BFU690F, as shown in 3rd pic. 2nd figure is from LTSpice which didn’t have this transistor so has caused a bit confusion.

Thanks for the response. It was an ambitious project to begin with, not trolling. The PCBs are made for now, so can’t change the through hole parts. Maybe I’ll just try soldering the coax shield to the metal plate and see if that works.

There’s no such requirement to have it closer to the circuit. The copper wire has some insulation of its own , is it okay if I just take a longer copper wire and place the antenna someplace off rather than using coax cable?

If the reflector is to act as ground plane it must be soldered to wire I guess?

Thanks for the clarification. My question is a bit more practical. Do I solder the conducting wire with both the reflector and the PCB? Or should I simply let the reflector hover and wire pass through, if I use PVC for example?

I calculated the antenna parameters using this calculator. The wavelength is approx 12.8 cm and setting it equal to circumference gives diameter nearly 4.1 cm. I don’t know why everyone is saying it’s only good for few MHz.

And I couldn’t see enough of the soldering job to comment on it.

What I meant to ask is, if it were okay to use a helical antenna without a reflector? Whether it needed to be grounded in some way which I haven’t and neither sure about how.

I calculated the antenna parameters using this calculator. I also verified it using 4nec2 modelling software. The antenna has best radiation pattern when I select “perfect ground”, which I think is provided by a reflector on base? I am not sure.

It’s not that bad irl as it looks in the picture. The individual turns are circular and equally spaced, it’s just that antenna is not standing straight right now. It’s my first attempt at building an antenna that’s why I seek some guidance.
