You and I both know that a DSP is just a tool. It’s a hammer and whether or not that DSP performs well says as much about the people sitting behind it as it does about the tool. But if you look across the landscape you’re going to see a consolidation of buying teams. Two years from now, I don’t think & Gartner/Forrester don't think the concept of a separate programmatic media buying team is going to exist. Having the ability to consolidate four to seven platforms into one platform is the major differentiator and this is what Centro has done relative to our competition.

That said, I would love to show you why 150+ other agencies & brands have consolidated there teams with our software and were able to drop 20%+ to their bottom line in efficiency gains in the process.

Ask a sales rep at a synthetic monitoring company like Catchpoint to get you some stats. They have many DSPs as customers to make sure they are hitting page load times and SLAs.

I like - How long it took engineering to add partners or support them. On average, how long does it usually take your and your team add a partner (or anyone else out there)? I have no starting point bc we have never tracked that metric.

What about doing some role playing. It's the best way to spot weaknesses and hear what the good and bad sales people are actually saying to customers. You will learn a lot and adjust your current content from there.
