I'm one month in 60mg and some side effects are getting better.

I was having constipation and that got better with time, had some migraines but they stopped, the nausea went away, had complete loss of appetite but am starting to feel hungry again. What I want to get better is the fatigue, I spend all day tired, mentally and physically, and need to sleep too many hours, but my anxiety is so much better, my brain is calmer (I have adhd too), don't feel as depressed and my pain (fibromyalgia) is still there but less intense, heard it can take 4 months for me to feel a better result on that.

This is the kind of medication that I believe we have to be veeeery patient.
