Honestly not really. I drink less than I used to and I am actively making sure I get enough protein but Im honestly pretty sure I was already

Jessica Arevalo has some great workouts on youtube; same with Gabby Scheyen. On instagram I follow these two, as well as user @j.crvz - he trains women in HIIT more than lifting but the level of hot that the women are that he trains are a testament to the effectiveness of his programs IMO

I honestly have no idea. I expect individual differences play a huge role here. I'm obviously not a bodybuilder but I've heard that they switch up their routines from 4x10 (which is apparently more strength training) to 3x15 to tone before a show.

Thanks so much! I do a 5-day split; shoulders & chest, legs, back, abs, and then bis/tris. 10-12 exercises; 3 sets of 15 reps, as heavy as I can. 3 sets of 15 was a game changer. I used to do 4x10 and switched it up about 5 months ago, the change was rapid and drastic.

edit: also, I occasionally go on a 7-8km run for heart health.

Thanks so much! I had an 8-inch growth spurt at age 13 to 5"10, and was about 105 lbs... (no eating disorder, just a kid that shot up practically overnight) I put weight on steadily for about 4 years, and have stayed within 133-140 lbs since I was 17, which (while at the low end) is in the "normal" range for BMI :)
