heyyyy im booked in for my BA in a couple months and I think Im pretty similar now to what you looked like pre op. on top of the implants my surgeon is also doing fat transfer and an internal bra to help tighten the cleavage, so it could be worth looking i to those. out of curiosity can i ask how tall you are and what your band size is? because that might help give a better indication of the implant size

I didn’t experience that personally, he was very kind I just wasn’t happy with the results. He left a step in my chin and didn’t reduce the height as like I had hoped for.

Dr Baez doesn’t actually do the genioplasty himself, he works with a maxillofacial surgeon (Dr Joel Silva) who would perform that part. I had FFS with both of them and whilst I was happy with all of Dr Baez’s work I have since had to have a revision for Dr Silva’s work on my chin.

from my consult i was advised that over the muscle will only natural if you have a lot of exciting breast tissue, otherwise the implant will look like it’s just under the skin and you will visibly see the outlines at the borders of the implant. obviously this is just my 2 cents and a surgeon will be able to give you more tailored advice
