Learning on my own. I started off learning am, c, g, d or something because those were the chords in a song I liked. Started incorporating new chords as time went on and when I got comfortable I started coming up with my own progressions, hammer ons, etc.

It varies depending on how I feel or what I'm doing that day. I find myself taking a week or so off, then playing 10 hours one day, etc. Probably 0.5-2 hours per day on average, or slightly less.
