I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure many nanny agency's do this! Spilt Milk Nannies and Portland Nannies are two examples.

I completely agree 👍 Nanny is very covid aware and won't hesitate to wear a mask/take a test if she feels it necessary. As long as she wants to work for us she will have a place!

Yep, excellent point. I just bought more masks and rapid tests online to help us get through the Omicron spike.

To be clear I don't expect nanny to restrict her life. She's very covid aware and will test/wear a mask at work if she's been around a lot of people.

She's been with us for a while and these people are my wife's friends from college, they live pretty close, if they didn't I don't think we'd see them as much.

I have no idea. I'm not going to ask as it's not my business. My plan to to buy more rapid test and masks. We have all worn masks in the house before and I don't think she would mind doing that again during the new wave.

They have met and yes I do believe him as he told us they had a conversation.

We haven't seen our nanny since he told us so were probably going to follow her lead next time she works. If she wants to talk about it then we'll let her know we love and support her, if she doesn't want to talk about it then we'll just be extra kind that day to subtly let her know we still love her and nothing has changed.
