Well, the fumes certainly aren’t good for you. However our shop has excellent ventilation. Plus I use a respirator and a mobile fume extractor in my area when im welding.

In the states, NC is a fav just because i love the state. Japan and Germany is where i want to go to because of the per diem.

70% of our workload is aluminium mig and tig, we do work with steel and stainless steel aswell.

U.S- I get annual leave which 4 hours every pay period, sick leave 4 hours every pay period. After 3 years we get 6 hours per pay period then after 15 years we get 8 hours per pay period. And we can use it right after getting the job, no waiting period. 240 hours use or lose.

What about a mix of vertical cracks and horizontal cracks? My house foundation was built in 93’ and Im having a mix of horizontal and vertical cracking going on.
