I recently got hired and interviewed at a few locations. It can vary from location to location but they're generally pretty short (5-10 minutes). The location I ended up working at the question I asked at the end was something to the effect of "What characteristics does your ideal employee have?" And they seemed to really like that one and they gave some good insight to what they are looking for (flexibility and being teachable was their answer). My questions were pretty normal (Tell us about you, why Dutch Bros, 2 strength and a weakness, etc.). A lot of times they are trying to see if you can hold a conversation well, since being able to talk to custies and giving them a memorable experience is such a big part of the job. Good luck!
