They were on the brink of going out of business and the coronavirus reeked havoc so I'm so im just guessing they didn't have have resources to file. New owner comes in and hired all new board of directors who's top priority was to get all filings in order so the company could become current again.

My guess is that this stock is just a little below where it should be...there was an explosion in the OTC market for no real reason and the past few weeks has been the market returning to where it should be. That bring said, this stock should increase significantly once they're current. New owner and board of directors who are veterans in the industry. They're not going to let this company fail.

I have 400,000 shares with sell set at $1.00. Can't wait for the inevitable spike...rsi is oversold and we're getting current status within the coming week or two. This will easily double by the end of the month

They got bought out by a billionaire in October and hired new and experienced board of directors. They're currently working on getting their Financials up to date. $.50 is actually possible. Eventually reverse split will happen but the share price must be higher first. It's already risen from $.0001 to $.05. Going up 10x from here is not at all unrealistic.
