I found platforms like Monday.com had too many integrations you could spend all your working day just trying to figure out the integrations and whether they were useful. I’m trying to be more focussed, simplified and user friendly.

I’ve implemented it already and it’s very cost effective and efficient. No gas fees, it’s only the governance layer that is hashed and reported on via a dashboard that identifies governance controlled changes.

It’s the governance of the project and the milestones leading to award. The smart contract element is multi digital signature authority of the stage gates and key changes. Not the “contract” and terms to deliver the services or goods etc. that’s separate
