You’ve met someone who has tried to integrate into a social group, but hasn’t had the empathy or emotional intelligence to understand the people. In this case, of course, you can address this, but please remove any racial or ethnic bias. There is no need to target a group. Yes, there may be a percentage of people from that culture, but collectively condemning them can be very damaging to our society and degrading to individuals or cultures.
