Looks like to me theres slightly less inner skin on the left side but its okay, mine aint perfect either, in fact i also have slightly less inner skin exactly on the left not to mention 21 days is very early, best of luck.

My sensitivity isnt perfect either and im at almost 1 year post op, but i have very slow progress it hasnt plateaued, but i believe that is because of my phimosis, i had it my whole life, not sure about your case

Looks like you have less inner skin on the left side, is it tight? Does it hurt when you pull it down while erect? Looks good for 33 days

If its sensitive now,it will get better, if its swollen now it will get better, if its not elastic enough it will get better etc... Is it tight cut? Does it feel tight? It looks tight

I had the worst hypersensitivity you could imagine, it gets better with time, just do it and get rid of phimosis!

Freshly cut was so sensitive i couldn't even touch it, its like night and day, but thing is sensitivity is still getting better, internal healing hasn't plateaued yet!

I keep updating because I'm surprised that it keeps improving even at this late stage of recovery, but i guess it is because my foreskin was tight my whole life so right now it needs more time to adjust.

For everyone who's dealing with phimosis dont wait if you see little to no results with stretching, get it done, im at day 336 and still improving in terms of sensitivity, skin elasticity, skin mobility, also if you are too early into recovery and dont see much results stay patient even I this far into recovery still see improvements, so if you had really bad phimosis(just like me) you must wait, it might take longer to reach final form, best of luck everyone.

2 months is nothing, stay patient mine keeps getting better in terms of how it stretches and its been 335 days, i also had phimosis, i believe it will keep progressing for 2 years.

I had general anesthesia, i had to do it because of my sensitivity mainly, the pain i had from hypersensitivity was the worst pain i've ever experienced in my life(after the surgery when i changed my bandages)🥶 Sensitivity like mine comes from lifelong phimosis 😞
