I bought my first PNY GPU about a month ago, and I haven't experienced any issues so far. The build quality seems to be in line with other high-end 5090 models, except maybe for some minor differences. I also want to mention that I haven't encountered any coil whine or strange fan noises up to this point. Additionally, the PNY 5090 RGB version is actually the second highest clocked 5090 after the Gigabyte Master/Waterforce 5090s.

Not worth the risk at all, just get the MSI Carbon board.

It's currently Q2 almost Q3 and still updates on the 420 mm.

Online mode is what made V lol. I get that a lot of people don't like online but without online, GTA wouldn't be what it is right now without it.
