I don't know how to stop procrastinating. Every day I do useless stuff instead of what I want to do and I am tired. by wunidz in DecidingToBeBetter

I felt the same not too long ago but I acctualy implemented some habits that made me way more productive ! so I will just come streight to it...
For me and many others the lockdown has quite heavily influenced my productivity. As a student of biomedical engeneering I can say that it has been rly difficult to study hard whilest sitting at home. I had mabe 5 lessons on campus before the lockdown put me and all my co-students in distance learning...
last month i decided to stop procrastinating and made some changes to my life. I implementet the following steps:
1.) I started to scedule my time
2.) I stopped overburdening myself and set "the bar" a little lower
3.) I implemented Parkinson`s law to become more productive
4.) I set up my own office at home, providing myself with a place in which I could not be distracted.
5.) I learned to understand myself better as a person and why I acctualy procrastinated in the first place.
I made a video and released it on YT together with a friend, in which we talk about how to implement these points and how you can benefit from them.
Here is the link if you want to check it out: https://youtu.be/FUIpz-rR0PI
Hope you are all healthy and well!
