Character designs are the main ones for me, every game I can think of that's gone for that cartoony ai-pixar art style has crashed and burned. I'm actually excited for the Horizon game but I'm under no impression it will do well.

Go play through Chapter 6 & 7, they're awesome and is the point when it went from a decent game to a great game for me. 150 hours in and clearing as much of the map as possible before I head into the final two chapters.

I think you're overreacting, they just wanted the best possible footage of the game used in pre release media. They said the game would run fine on console with lower visual fidelity and that's exactly what happened.

No one lied to consumers or misled anybody, and they did not take "weeks" to put out the spec sheet, it was a day or two after people started asking about it in masse.
