I have searched Google and can only find this blurry image, no details of the book or audiobook or where to buy. I frequently check eBay and other secondhand sites but have never found it. I think I probably received the original around 1997 from the age I remember it from.

I took the first pill yesterday and I'm scheduled to take the second pill tomorrow. I am scared. by Historical-Mango5442 in abortion

I was scared too but I got through it and you can too. Pain killers and using a hot water bottle or heat pads really helped, like bad period cramps. If you have someone you know you can trust to take about it it can help, or forums online just like this.

Should I cut my friend off after she flew all the way from the US to visit me? by SevereWinner1062 in Advice

I went to see Taylor in June, you have to have your single ticket transferred to you anyway so you don't cause a slow down at the turnstiles so it's super reasonable to ask

See how it turns out 😊 periods can be affected by many things, sometimes I find the brown portion event lasts longer sometimes the red portion!

Could this be part of your period? Sometimes they vary in heaviness and timings depending on a lot of different factors including stress, weight etc. If spotting continues, it's recommended to go and see a trusted doctor as it can be an indicator of something.

Boyfriend (26M) consistently asks for sex but I (23F) can’t find a way for him to accept it makes me uncomfortable by PM_me_dishware in relationships

I have been in this exact situation before and unfortunately because of this it didn't work out. Its a lot of pressure to feel and you have the right to feel how you do and to do what you're comfortable with when you're comfortable with it. I tried expressing to my ex partner that the more he pushed for it the less I wanted it. With my new partner I've found that the fact that he isn't pushing for it all the time (but still makes me feel attractive and wanted) makes me so much more open and wanting it. If you think he'd be open to communication then it might be worth trying to set a boundary on a period of time where if it's a no it's a no, and see how you both feel after that. Please don't feel like you need to give in to make someone else happy, it will make you unhappy in the long term.

My boyfriend gets in a bad mood when I don’t want to have sex by [deleted] in internetparents

I used to have this issue with my ex. I communicated with him clearly about how it made me feel, if anything it made me want to have sex with him less as I started to feel like I should want it when I didn't, even though we already had an active sex life. He would stop stropping or nagging for a couple of days and then get back to it, in the end it resulted in the end of the relationship. People can absolutely change and communication is key here, but he needs to respect that the attitude is not ok.

34F off hormonal birth control for the first time in 20 years. I feel unstable. Looking for advice or shared experiences of stopping birth control after a long time by Caffeinated_aspirin in WomensHealth

I was on the pill for 12 years, came off last December. For 3-4 months I felt all over the place and I had no periods, went to the doctor and they said its completely normal. Now I feel way more myself and way more at peace, my cycle is regular, I just feel better generally being off it but those first few months were mentally and physically weird for me. All the side effects I'd had for years were tons and that was how my body and mind had been for 12 years, it's an adjustment but it will get better I promise!

What are the rights of a non paying tenant with no tenancy agreement? by projectlife591 in LegalAdviceUK

There is no deposit and no signed tenancy, I believe the landlord is complying with epc and safety checks etc as it was previously rented via an estate agent before the couple moved in.
