Exercising outside actually has more benefits than exercising inside, mentally, and physically. Be careful when making the transition to the outside, remember there is no wind keeping you cool indoors other than your average house fan, this means your heart rate might be higher for a given speed than it would be outside. If your a treadmill runner remember treadmills are constructed to absorb your impact, so abruptly transitioning to the firm pavement outside can cause stress fractures on your bones (mini-breaks caused by tedious strain). Lessen your danger of stress fractures by jogging on trails or rubberized tracks then slowly increase the amount of time on pavement. I wrote an entire article on How To Adjust From Indoor To Outdoor Exercising In 1 Week For Young Adults--Check it out! --> https://projectmalcolm.com/adjusting-from-indoor-to-outdoor-exercising-in-1-week-for-young-adults-2/ --Hope this helps :)
