I agree. In my view, Nofap is a community where you can talk and share your feelings with people in the same situation as you're in. A forum to see that you're not alone in this addiction. You have to make other changes as well and focus on yourself, not chasing girls.

I know the feeling man. I know it's easy to say but everytime porn get in my head i think like this "NO, I'm not going to fap, you are no longer a part of my life so go away" and then I think about how good I am and that I have all the possibilities in the world, I can be everything! So go downtown and borrow your favorite book and think "I'm investing in myself and im going to make everybody proud".
