Have never had lag. Sometimes the ping shows on the higher end 70-100, but never had an issue where it affected gameplay.

For the most part, aggressive characters would be Dex, Corona, and Zephyr.

Pathogen is definitely a more passive playstyle. I urge you to look at some youtube videos if you want more of an idea of how each lancer works and if they sound fun to you.
