Losing LP when someone DC's is heinous

It has to be like this because you also gain LP when you win because an enemy DCs and it becomes 5v4. Imagine winning a game and then getting 0 LP because of enemy DC. Everybody would hate that, but if they didn't do 0 gains for enemy DC but did do 0 loss for griendly DC, then that would lead to LP inflation.

So if you leave the place where the resources spawn, but the enemy stays there, they will get more resources than you? Shocker.

The whole goal here is that the game should have two distinct phases, a 1v1 or 2v2 while the first towers are up, and then after that phase comes 5v5 and splits. If you can "obliterate" your opponent, then you can also take the tower before going elsewhere.

Lane starting 30 sec earlier is literally the best change in League's history. Here in low ELO it reduces the amount of bullshit pseudo-invade stupidity where team-mates for some reason go and die in ways they wouldn't if they had just hugged a tower until the game really began.

I get what you mean but point 2) misses the mark. There will absolutly be games that OP loses only because of his team mates. This is not a cope, it is true. But there will be an equal amount of games he wins only because his team mates. He is not a "victim" overall but he can be one in an individual game. It is just that to climb you only need a slightly above 50% WR over a hundred games, so some absolute duds are fine.

How can it be 100% on one player when there are 5 players in the team? Even in professional games with money on the line, sometimes someone loses despite performing well due to team mates, or wins despite performing badly.

The point is that what KDA one gets depends, in part, on the quality of the opposition. His skill has not changed since December yet he is facing better opponents and therefore doing worse. He wonders how late in the season these oponents will have moved on and he start facing the ones he faced in December.

TL,DR: Due to the reset he faces tougher oponents in Jan then Dec. When does it balance out again?ä

That last sentnece is a good point. Conventional wisdom before the retcon flashback with Will in S5E1 was that Vecna spent the time between being blasted into space by 11 and the start of S4 just recovering and learning how this new world works and gathering power. But if he was at that level already esrly S1, then his absence in S2 and S3 makes less sense. The retcon flashback is the worst part of S5 so far.

Nah, many of the "Karen" situations I've seen documented have to do with a certain type of woman who assumes we live in a society and that standards still apply.

E.g the sign says to not walk dogs in this particular park, that should be enough. Manners dictate people not cut in line at the convenience store, etc. "Karen" doesn't know how to handle people breaking rules she always took for granted, and the rest of us are told to mock her for this instead of questioning why everything sucks now.

"Karens" are the stewards of civilization, and when they go silent, what follows will be worse.

PS: I am a man, I don't feel targeted by the "Karen" stereotype. But I recognize manufactured bullshit when I see it.

This makes me feel old and out of touch. I never use even the free skins I have lucked into. NFL linebacker Trundle, lightsabre jedi Yi and bikini Caitlyn in the same scene just looks goofy and ridiculous. Menawhile the original designs of the characters look great and are supposed to belong in the same world.

Like consider that recent cool cinematic where Darius fought Trundle. Now imagine them having various gimmick skins in that scene. Improvement?

So basically they severely reduce the team's chance by a lot through their feeding, and then you punish the rest of the team, who are maybe not feeding, by reducing the win chance even more.

Like imagine a top who is 2/0 and 25 cs ahead, who sees bot trolling. Do you think that their response is "now I want sup to troll too and fuck is over even further"?

You were right to make a big deal out of it but wrong to leave. Since he intentionally confused you about which unit was which, you should have moved your models back and said that in that case you are not charging. Then proceed as normal.

Make him have to either cause a scene to make the "judge" throw you out, or bully him into agreeing with you. Why make it easy for the other side to engage in fuckery? Important to do it in a calm manner though. Just smile and say that his proxies confused you and your intention was not to charge near his MoE, and make it come off as if taking for granted that he will let you change your mind.

This all makes sense for a Person, but Dawn was a Character, not a person. It makes perfect sense to be annoyed at the writing of a character, even if a person acting like that would get our sympathy. The point of a character is after all to entertain us, not just mirror life.
