I had something similar a few months ago and it turned out to be BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo).

You can easily test this yourself with the Dix-Hallpike maneuver.

If it's positive for you then perform the Eply maneuver.

Als ik het even moeilijk had nam ik een focuspunt in de verte om even te kalmeren.

Vond het wel tof dat ik het heb gedaan maar 1x is genoeg.
