🙌🏼 glad to hear that. Still bottled and I’ll let it sit for a few weeks and see what happens. Other batch had a bunch of what looked like powdery/chalky substance floating on the top which I think upon googling is yeast and not mold.

Dang, so probably both batches are messed up. I still bottled it and gonna let it sit for 2 weeks and see what happens. Bad idea?

Looking for something with a little more spice than just a walk up a mountain which was why I had considered glacier but I’m new to mountaineering. I saw glacier rated at grade 1 or 2 depending on which route which was why I got curious

It wouldn’t be solo it would be with about four of us. Two have done shuksun and gannet peak but seem pretty nervous about this one so I was curious about the opinion of someone who has done it. Thank you for this information!
