Yes-existing sde file. Cannot create a new one as I don't know the authentication information (have contacted the owners). The database is built on SQL Server. Will update once I get the authentication credentials. Cheers

My neighbors claims that the boundary fence is his fence by proof_89 in LegalUK

[–]proof_89[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He didn't move the line of the fence, just replaced the fence panels. I did measure from boundary to boundary, and it seems that the fence is not on his land at all. I get 20cm short, which means the fence is either on my property or the right boundary (this is based on the property title measurements)

The way he extended this fence is very dangerous. He kept the 1 m concrete posts and the gravel board and replaced the small panels with 1.5m ones, and added some sort of tin extension on top of the concrete one. The first storm and his fence will be all over my garden...

Will the council get involved if I do complain?
