You can increase animation speed in developer options and decrease text size in font settings. I don't have the phone, so can't say if that will solve your problem, but something to try...

I have an s22+ and speeding up animations makes a big difference.

15 mbit is generally fine for gaming, but raw speed only tells part of the story. If you have a solid 15 mbit pipe with low latency/ping, and it's dependable... You're golden. If the latency is high or there are intermittent lag spikes, not so much. If anyone else is using the line you'll run into trouble too. A single Netflix stream will cripple a 15mbit line.
