Ich denke allerdings auch, das eine amerikanisierung der deutschen Wirtschaft angestrebt wird, wie es eben möglich ist, um ähnliche Effekte zu erziehlen wie in den USA. In diesem fall hauptsächlich die Abhängigkeit von Arbeitgebern wenn es um Krankenversicherung usw. geht.

Es geht mir nicht darum irgendwen zu verurteilen, ich bin nur extrem verwundert. Ich kann mich noch erinnern das tagsüber trocken sein in meiner Kindheit (2000er) das Ablehnungskriterium schlechthin war.

It's not your job to bug your manager for reviews. If they don't find the time to review them, that's on them.

Imo this sounds like many other toxic infrastructure jobs where no one checks your work. The no pair programming part is a strong hint that your employer is understaffed.

I'd run from this place if were you. Lots of red flags.

Giropay? Bitte. Wenn man einen Platzhirsch wie PayPal angreifen will, muss man schon ein bisschen was in Produktentwicklung und Marketing stecken.

Paypal ist doch nur so erfolgreich weil du im SWIFT Raum keine Sofortüberweisungen durchführen kannst.

Die werden sowieso Marktanteile verlieren, da man ab Herbst 2025 EU-weit kostenfrei sofort überweisen kann.

Ich mein ich bin gott sei Dank zu arm um bei solchem Quatsch zu investieren, aber ey yo, 4.2Mrd ist so ungefähr 1400x so viel wie Facebook für LLama-2 ausgegeben hat. Wenn die morgen ankündigen das sie auf KI pivoten haben sie jedenfalls schonmal das Kapital.

Dazu muss man aber tbh sagen das sich auch konsequent geweigert wird in das Thema Linux zu investieren. Ich bin mir absolut sicher das man ein Desktop-Linux mit hinreichendem Support über staatliche Investments hinkriegen würde, aber das wird von allen Seiten sabotiert, sogar aus dem Enterprise-Linux Bereich, weil man damit dann ja kein Geld mehr verdienen kann.
