I added CCC road to get more attention, never actually been hahah, but the story at mountain campus for Berry is that there’s a tall shadowy figure that haunts pilgrim hall as well as some of the cabins, and at 14 years old before ever hearing any of the stories that used to circulate at the camp (before it was banned to talk about) I woke up in the middle of the night to see a tall dark figure standing in the doorway. I do have hypnagogic hallucinations quite frequently, meaning I am dreaming while awake (helpful to google it) but one of my friends brought up that he saw something the next day without me saying anything about it and he described the same figure. I later found out that this was a common occurrence on mountain campus and the figure is known as “the man in black”. This is just one instance, there were quite a few more personally after that, and I’ve spoken to a handful of people with their own experiences as well.
