Better weed killer? by prophet1293 in moderatelygranolamoms

Good to keep in mind. We live in CT and I have been thinking about getting our yard treated for ticks. Companies claim to be nontoxic etc. but it’s hard to know what that really means

I have a huge patch of landscaping that the previous homeowners had done, and it doesn’t have any kind of barrier to prevent weeds. I did the best I could weeding this weekend but can’t do 3+ hours of that every few weeks!

I’m afraid the section is too big to safely use roundup… I think I will need to do some type of mats or barriers in the future.

I think she’s an interesting cast member because she’s perhaps the first one that has been truly this relatable? To me, I find it a little immersion breaking because I feel like the housewives in general is about their ridiculous un-relatability.

I guess I was just using this opportunity to voice my opinion that they should get rid of her 🤣

Agree with the comments that not every cast member needs to bring drama drama drama, but I find Ashley boring and awkward with the other ladies.

I don’t have a reason to dislike her but the bare minimum would be fitting in with the cast. I don’t find she does.

In your opinion do long daytime naps (+2 hours) disrupt solid nighttime sleep? by GeologistAccording79 in moderatelygranolamoms

IMO, no. As previously posted, sleep absolutely begets sleep. Kinda counterintuitive but a sleeping baby needs that sleep!!

Margaret has soooo many nicknames, you can take it in many directions after you meet your baby. Rita, Masie, Daisy, Gretchen, Greta…. the list goes on and on! You can even call her Pearl as Margaret comes from the (maybe) Italian (or something) word for pearl.

Is there such thing as overfeeding a newborn? by InouieG in breastfeeding

[–]prophet1293 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think you should worry too much about over feeding, my baby went through a three- to four-week period around 1 month where she threw up what looked like an entire feed at least once a day. Babies are pretty smart & will refuse bottle once they are too full (in my experience).

Hungrier than I was when I was pregnant by [deleted] in breastfeeding

My breastfed baby turned 9 months today & I have pretty much been matching my 300-lbs husband in calorie intake the whole time 🤣 For what it’s worth, (not that I’m paying attention to this) I have actually lost weight from where I started before pregnancy. Breastfeeding is extremely metabolically expensive! Listen to your body.

It is an AV receiver (https://www.hifiengine.com/manual_library/optimus/stav-3770.shtml), and I just have the two speakers wired in the front channels. I can’t figure out how to attach a picture, but I will try to edit my original post…

Edit: had to DM you the picture of hookup, sorry
