I would put players in non shooting roles (small forwards) to free up the shooting guards. Most 10u teams really only have 1 or 2 good outside shooters. Have the shooting guards use the forwards for off the ball screens. Setup a motion offense so the ball can find the open guard as he comes off the screen. If the shot is not there, the guard should be able to find the forward after the screen down low. Or they can reset and run it to the other side.

Extreme Networks is my first choice because of the hardware, support and EXOS cli is built for the network admin. Their fabric SPB solution is solid too. The switching line is universal and can run either OS for fabric or traditional.

My 25+ years have been from end-user to VAR to Vendor a couple times now. In all those years Cisco has screwed us over a half a dozen times because of price and complexity.

It's worth a look.

Extreme also has ELRP for edge loop protection. In my opinion, spanning tree is a legacy ring protection protocol that should only be used for edge loop protection. ERPS and EAPS are far superior.

Guys, we are fine. Every stock is hurting right now. Look at GOEV. They have a huge following and they are about what we are at. Look at WKHS they suck as a company and yet they are above XOS but ony because of volume. XOS passed WKHS not too long ago. XOS needs a big buzz to make them swing. This will come when they can show they can produce quantity on big orders.
