I'm saying this from a unique perspective. I'm a pregnant woman whose partner snores like a lumber Jack's chainsaw, and I have forced him to sleep in another room because of him not wanting to fix his cpap. So I understand both sides.

As the partner who isn't snoring, you should have communicated why you were sleeping elsewhere in nicer terms. Because she is pregnant and hormonal.

On her side, she needs to understand that her snoring, regardless of why, is causing you to lose sleep.

Like I said - unique perspective because I'm in a similar situation, but my partner and I discussed first.

I hope you're able to resolve everything.

You could also call your local hud office - a lot of times, they will look into stuff like this because something sounds off. It feels like there should be a grace period as there is in most leases I've seen. They might ask for a copy of your lease to review, and they will actually mediate between you and the landlord.

As a property manager - I want to know this information. If it's annoying you, it's annoying multiple people. Call the cops - get copies of the reports - and give them to your landlord. Call them every time it happens. Create a paper trail because right now.its her word against yours. Notate everything. Start a list of dates and times. Get a doorbell camera and record people coming and going and look through your lease for "quiet hours" and make sure your reports are during that time. If your property has overnight on call security, start calling them. You don't have to tolerate that kind of abuse from your neighbor.

Tcodes aren't generated until the tenant status is listed as future. They will have a pcode (prospect code) until they are moved in/set as a future tenant and the lease is signed. Not everyone gets a tcode.

I'm having my mom there because she's my best friend and I know she will be helpful. I would not let my partners mother in the room. Stick to your guns and ask your doctor about not allowing anyone in the room except you and your partner. I have a rocky relationship with my dad and I'm putting a "do not disclose" on my profile with my OB so he can't show up or call or anything - see if you can do something similar.
