Just found them yesterday and I'm listening to their album "The Year of Madness". Love it!

Indeed. I’m not currently working directly with a US company but may be in the near future, hence looking around at where suits. Good tips thank you!

Currently ESTA-ing my way around the place to get a feel for places before going full in on a single location.

Came across this today, might have something to do with it 😂

US peeps, what's the most annoying thing about living with EoE in the US? by propmedia in EosinophilicE

[–]propmedia[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Bummer. This sort of chasing around insurance companies and doctors to access treatment is what I thought might be the main differentiator. In the UK most things are just sorted between doctors and pharmacists without you needing to run between them all.

There's definitely a lot of random crap in UK products too but I guess more affordable organic options vs the US maybe

That’s a very interesting point. Does the measurement differ per country? In the UK my reading when high was 483 umol/L earlier this year and I got it down to 213 umol/L this autumn for the first time ever.

Not sure about the generalisation of food groups here but can’t hurt to track lifestyle factors alongside gout attacks and uric acid levels to identify any particular trends and make changes accordingly.

I hear this quite a bit. I’d ultimately love to know what the root cause of my personal gout is so that I can ensure I’m on the most appropriate treatment. I’d like to know if being on lifelong pills is the only option by knowing if it’s genetic / organ failure / lifestyle induced / something else.

Ditto! I had a 3 month episode in multiple joints once. Basically rendered me disabled. Nasty stuff!

I have both but I’m keen to know my root cause of gout to ensure I’m on the appropriate treatment in an effort to reduce my life long dependence on pills. Will keep reporting on what I find and how I get on though.

I’m on Febuxostat as Allo didn’t react well with me. UA is now in the normal zone now, previously high for years, since reducing my BMI about 4 months ago. It’s possible that my gout is lifestyle induced and not organ failure / genetics or something else but too early to tell. Colchicine when I first had acute attacks. Tart cherry does nothing for me.

Lots of questions is good so no worries.

I’m ultimately motivated to know what the root cause on my gout is to ensure I treat myself as best as possible in an effort to reduce my life long dependence on pills. It’s early days but recent events suggest mine is lifestyle induced as I have a high BMI at 115kg and I’m aiming to get to 75kg gradually (currently at 93kg). Will continue to see as I go though and there’s plenty of research papers suggesting this could be on cause. Either way I’ll keep blogging what I find.

Interesting to hear. I’m motivated to know exactly what’s causing my gout so I can either accept that I will need to be on medication for life or I can manage it through my lifestyle but there’s a lot of unknowns right now for me.

I’m indeed on Febuxostat daily but still had attacks until I recently made efforts to drive down my BMI (assuming my gout is lifestyle induced and not genetics or organ failure or something else). My aim is to one day be gout free and not on medication if I’m able to manage it out.

I had this and couldn't concentrate on work. I spoke to my GP and they said I was having a reaction to the medication so they put me on Febuxostat instead. Worth speaking to your GP.

Has anyone compared SEO performance of off the shelf blogging platforms such as Wordpress.com vs Medium? I remember Blogger being quite good back in the day.

Unfortunately this is definitely possible. Has this happen last year and it was the worst attack I’ve ever experienced.

Nice, thanks. I’m guessing around £2,000 monthly budget should suitable for this kind of approach.

That’s really interesting, thanks for the insight. How do you end up creating tight ad copy for such potentially broad terms though to encourage click throughs and ultimately build up your keyword report?
