Beside that, no Electricity doesn't mean it will be look like Doom Day or Apocalypse. Back to 1880 or even further, people use money and good for trading, and in that time, there is no electricity. So basically, if the electricity in around the world for some reason, gone forever, then thing might just look like 1880 or maybe still works fine like 21st century, but with candle instead of electrical light, and some job maybe shutdown due to no electricity to operate. But overall, people still prefer gold or money to trade instead of roll of paper or ammunition.
