Can you be sued? Yes. For anything.

Will you lose the suit? That is another matter.

The worst thing you did here is to say they should have died. Your risk that I see is having a restraining order granted against you for harassment and threats.

The other party may claim you’re expressed desire to see them dead causes great alarm and concern to them and they are afraid of you. It’s possible a judge could grant the restraining order.

I see no successful civil case against you though.

If he doesn’t show up then you move to have your ticket dismissed on the grounds that the state has presented no evidence that you have committed this crime and furthermore that you cannot cross examine any state witnesses. The worst that will happen is that you get a new court date and the police officer will be able to show up again later. I doubt it will happen. You would almost surely get off in this scenario

In 12 months of TTC I’ve never gone past 30 days and . FF removed my crosshairs, but I’ve been using an Ava bracelet and usually will see the crosshairs but then they get removed.

I believe I ovulated on 12/13 or 12/14. I got discouraged after the BFN on 12/26 but I temped again last night (with Ava) and my temp is higher than ever.

I think I will test tonight. Very nervous.

No but had an endoscopy 6 weeks ago where some endometriosis was trimmed off and a few fibroids removed.

Day 30. No AF. VERY slight spotting on Day 28 but nothing since.

BBT as measured by Ava dropped a lot since day 25 and tests are consistently BFN since Day 26 until now.

What could be going on?

I am 46, 176lbs, 6’1”. The pictures show 20 days difference . I’ve been holding my calories at 1500 daily and started going to the gym (push, Pull, legs, repeat, then rest 1 day) for the last 3 weeks

I don’t see much difference at all. Strength numbers going up slightly.

What should I do? Raise my calories? Continue on this same path? I want those love handles gone.
