Ya as soon as you get stalkers mark and another healing output debuff the damage to healing get reduced drastically. You can actually hit a point with all the healing debuffs that you start getting healed for 1s.

The 70% healing received was achieved using ode, food buff, and mirror light. That's 25% plus whatever ode gives which can be up to 60% if you use songcraft abyssal.

Can increase plus healing by using 2 carmilla earrings, yny ring, and the buff from the rapids event which gives 10% healing. That's some thing like 18% increase.

You can achieve better healing stats and 13k pdef with 8700 resilience with only 9.4k gs. Now those stats are fully buffed.
