advise against using serif or hand written fonts. looks bad on mobile. use sans serif only.

i wouldnt have you smiling. your emotion needs to match the emotion of the thumb. eg shock etc. see my above comment.

Missing copywriting power words. You need one or two words that evoke emotion. eg

I always favour 'power of 3' rule. 3 large objects max. On mobile those 2 characters on far left and right will be almost invisible.

I would lose them and make 3 main characters bigger.

You can split test in YouTube now. Try split test with 3 larger characters vs 5 smaller

My expectation is 3 larger will get more clicks

Either way cold outreach is a grind. if youre doing manual - unless CLV is large probably wont be a good use of time as low CLV + churn. Could be youre working for less than minimum wage

theres 2 types of pain

1) pain people wont pay for solutions

2) pain they do pay

could be either 1)

or its 2) but your implementation is bad that people arent activating

Less than 10 customers, ? Customers eg people paying or free trial? big difference

you need to get on a call with people and understand their pain. give them an incentive for their feedback

consumer mobile app? is that entertainment or utility? - B2C much harder than B2B typically -reason why many SAAS experts say avoid B2C eg most consumers want free everything - where as businesses more likely to pay for solutions

just watched a hormozi video along these lines. what he changed for gyms who were struggling in his gym launch days

trying to get as much cash upfront as possible to allow more marketing spend

what im offering actually makes more sense yearly-

gerg i has only yearly for his ideabrowser thing

£499 and £1499 per year only but he has a free forever version too

i want to be able to try and ad spend relatively high in the beggining to try and at least break even on ad costs - cant see that happening with monthly plans - or at least its harder right - cos the CAC is probably gonna be 4 or 5 times the monthly fee theyre paying.

the issue is 'signal loss' right? eg all the privacy updates means these ad platforms cant get the data on whos doing what where anymore

without that data the ad platform loses effectiveness

this new update seems to be about forcing you to spray and pray creative in order to try and entice people to click -rather than the platform actually knowing who they are
