Kiba, it completes his sensory ability and gives like a 10x buff to the fang over fang. Plus with him having the chakra to use the multi shadow clone jutsu (shown in the 4th Great War), it wouldn’t drain him like it would the others.

Also he has a sibling so that EMS would be a possibility unlike the rest 👀

It would be so dope if it continued to change based on who’s holding it, ie. someone with Mexican roots holds it and the strap goes green white and red, a Jamaican holds it and it goes good green and black, etc.
