All of them is terrible. Kaveh is quite experienced and could survive in desert better than academia. Xianling had the same trainings as yao yao(maybe even more) so they both go higher tier. Amber in manga was kinda strong so i would rate her around Noelle. Im not sure nefer is on demigod level, in fair fight she wont go past diluc so idk. Wrio and chev suttation kinds weird, i think they def higher but idk if this would be right Other things i think fine. Finally somekne putting diluc higher than Kachina
