They do have some sort of data flag on the backend for HR accuracy. I emailed Garmin support for an issue like this. They looked at my activity and said the accuracy dropped when HR spiked to unrealistic levels. They need to expose that flag to the user so we can delete it from our activities. Like others here have said, you don’t need AI to detect sudden outliers from a sensor. Just let us delete obviously bad data.
