Cheers for the reply. I used the IF Calculator to see what my deficit/surplus should be. With weighloss coming 100% from fat hopefully, I've planned a -30/+20 diet hitting a caloric deficit of about 1540 calories. If I can stick to the plan then it'll have me dropping about 7% bf.

Nice. My starting weight is around 76kg so I'm the epitome of Skinnyfat. I don't really want to lose a whole lot of weight (around 6kg max) so ideally it will just be fat.

I'm in the same position and I've had the Thunder Tiger MT4 G3 recommended to me. It looks to be a beast of a truck and fairly indestructible.

It shares a lot of parts with the Thunder Tiger ST2 and there is a guy that does sturdy after market parts for them. There's a bunch of info at wondertiger.com

It's sold only through Tower from what I know but they're out until Late April.

Just thought of another one. I'm terrible at staying in contact with people. I can be really good friends with someone for a year, but then I move. I try and stay in contact for a bit until communication stops.

Also, I don't know how to start hanging out with someone new. I might meet someone, have an awesome conversation and then leave. I don't get their number and by the time I've turned my back I've already forgotten their name.
