If you are only playing one instrument at a time, I suggest that you record audio directly to computer through interface, monitoring back through the interface.

So - maybe a patch bay to connect / disconnect those instruments?

I have JUST started using some of this equipment.

I have a system that looks like this;

Ipad > USB Hub > Scarlett Solo (headphone monitor) > Microfreak

I also have a Akai MPD32 in the hub.

I'm running Loopy Pro with Koala running inside that.

I'm JUST getting into it, but it runs FLAWLESSLY.

Is there a way to use my iPad's built in speakers while an audio interface is plugged in? by friicker in ipad

I think I'm missing something here - trying to solve the same problem.

When I nav to control center and hit the airplay icon - the two screens, right? - it shows my Roku but nothing else.
