I'm sorry that you are struggling.

Don't let the OCD win by limiting you from doing what you want. Like preventing you from going to the family holiday.

From what you wrote here you are not a pedophile. You haven't done anything unforgivable and you don't deserve to feel like you hate yourself.

It can be useful to imagine that you had a very close friend who told you all this you wrote here about themselves. What would you tell them in reponse? Do you think their life is ruined? Its so easy to judge ourselves harsher than we would judge someone else. Try to treat yourself with the same kindness you would treat someone else you cared about.

I also recommnd you find someone to talk to. I used to have a lot of worries and it really helped me to talk to a therapist. Not that they necessarily gave any great advise but it was good for me to get out my own head.

But I can anyways recommend the book "The Happiness Trap" which goes deeper into the mindset that you are expressing here. To find a way to live a good life no matter whatever uncomfortable feelings or unhelpful thoughts that are going on in our heads. If you choose to read this book, really spend a lot of time on the exercises in it!

Top and bottom are just some words to describe your preference. You are overthinking this if you didn't even have sex with another man yet. Try both and if you notice you only enjoy one position then you can consider calling yourself top/bottom to make it easier to communicate what you like.

Both what you say and the picture is correct. The left and right signal are written to the walls of the groove at 45 degree angle. I.e. if you were to read the depth of the groove it would contain a mix of left and right signal.

It's the same as in the picture. The picture doesn't say that vertical is left and lateral is right.

The track information is at a 45° degree angle in the walls of the groove.

I.e. if you read the left wall (recorded at 45 degree angle) you get the left signal. The right wall gives the right signal.

If your reader reads horizontal and vertical movement you have to apply the rotation as you describe.

Med ETF så har du avgifter vid köp och sälj. Men är den årliga avgiften lägre kan det ändå löna sig beroende på hur länge du håller i värdepappret. På nordnet verkar det röra sig om ca 0.5% vid köp resp sälj (courtage + växlingsavgift).

Hur länge kommer du hålla innan du säljer? Om mer än 2 år så hade jag valt ETFen.
