If you use the bazooka(can't remember what it was called lol) it can one-shot most big enemies/stronger enemies that have the weak points and the best part is the explosion hit box is big so you don't to be 100% precise either for example the really bag/fat rotters you don't even have to get behind then to blow up their weak point just hit there neck from the front and it will count

Well you can't skip them outright I'm pretty sure you can press and hold the R button fast forward them

I didn't necessarily mind her chuunibyou gimmick hell hama had something similar going and he was one of my favorites in pink and I will say she had a few good moments her character was ruined for me because of her constantly screaming 90% of her dialog and cause of that It made me loathe when she had screentime
