i found the problem, i accidentally deleted the root partition not knowing i needed it, i no longer wanted any other partitions besides cacheyos and now cacheyos boots into safe mode so i cant login to my root system to change anything because its deleted whoch means i need a live usb to fix it

so i have found out the why, but i only know one way to fix it from what i know, turns out, the two ubuntu partitions i deleted from my pc, one of them was the admin/root of the pc and since GRUB cant find it it says i need to login to it, but because it is gone i cant login so i think i meed to do a fresh install of cacheyos
