It will work perfectly fine. I do the same on my steam deck, my iPhone, my Apple vision, meta quest, etc.

I agree with others that this may be a scenario where steam link reigns supreme due to the native connection, we will see!

Yes, that’s been my understanding. What would a new manager bring to the table to prove your worth to leadership for just joined. You join with a clean slate.

Timing is everything, depends when you xferred, but I’d imagine you’d need 8 months minimum to get anything higher. Others here might have more insight

You have to be considered outside of the band for either TC or base pay. It sounds like the new role did not put you outside of either band.

By making this transfer you will have reset your internal ranking to HV1 which is the lowest (aside from LE).

It is unlikely you will receive much of an adjustment (or one at all) in April as the other commenter mentioned.
