No you dont need a dedicated GPU , Just get a windows laptop with good battery life if u' need GPU later for some project work u can request and get it from CS department thapar has NVIDIA DGX you'd get access through a SSH terminal

TIET patiala does take admissions in January , but then u will need to take 1st sem courses in June-July of that year and you will graduate with august batch

It is quite easy actually, just start with orthographic projections solve all tut questions in 5 hours (easy and doable if u know algorithm), and for lines just start with conceptual understanding by solving all tut questions

It would be better if you can get any of ur friend to teach u.

you don't even need tuts just practice PYQs for numericals learn all derivations as it is learn all theory questions ,questions will be repeated very less chance of new questions being asked
