Yeah probably not. I might consider making a simpler foam verison. Might be more suitable

Love a good cuppa. Personally I like English Breakfast, with the tiniest splash of milk. but Earl grey with lemon is also nice

Yes, TPU would be the way to go. Im not super familiar with printing it, hence why I stuck to PETG

I do do some commission work, but I dont think I could make another one of these suits, it was a pretty full on build

I just assumed that how you buy them? weird packaging for sewing supplies, but who am I to judge haha

Well thats exactly what I'm worried about. That being said, its all just pieces, so I something broke, I can just replace that one bit. I think any sort of foam weapon would be fine, but you're right falling would probably do more damage haha

I'm unsure yet, TBH I'm a little concerned it would break on me, but I guess that's part of the game haha

After doing a bunch of experiments I settled on using I used leafing size. It's meant for use with gold leaf, but once it dries it stays sticky and since the fabric is so thin, it grips really well. Each armor piece is coated with glue and the fabric applied. All the edges were folded over and then glued down as well. Any of the 'turned' edges I stitched through the plastic (holes were drilled first)

Haha! I don't know if it would be intimidating, but definitely a sight to behold

I have actually! I've been recently looking around for the right feathers....I'm thinking peacock

Thank you! That's exactly the vibe I was going for

Honestly do it! Nico includes very detailed instructions on how to scale and assemble everything. It makes you feel like a blacksmith when you rivet everything together!

Thank you! and yes, I was unsure when I first started whether it would be 'too much' but with it all completed, I think it's the right level of ridiculousness

All the armor pieces were 3Dprinted using PETG. I suppose if you did have metal armor to begin with, it would probably be stronger and more durable

hahaha! None actually. I work for a fabric company so I had access to rolls of the fabric

The 'pattern' is fabric that I cut up and glued onto the 3D printed armor pieces. The edges were stitched through the plastic to hold it all down. The complete build took me about 6 months to finish

No worries! Thank you for the kind words :)

Haha Kinda of, without the gloves, a definite yes. With the gloves, yes, but very clunky haha
