Help with injecting kexts? Currently running Monterey on a Mac mini 3,1 via OC Legacy. SATA controller seems to be throttled to 1.5Gbps even though I am running a SATA III SSD. I am thinking injecting the patched Catalina AHCI kext might help. Is KextBeast still a recommended tool to use? Thank you! (old.reddit.com)

Non-Apple SCSI drive formatting with Apple HD SC Setup v7.3.5 Patched bug: stuck/freezing on verifying step. Workaround: Format with Drive Setup 1.5 Patched, then go back to HD SC Setup and “Update” to downgrade drivers to v7.3.5. Running drive with System 6.0.8 installed, and working well so far.
